The Challenger Sale: Taking Control of the Customer ConversationThe Challenger Sale is an excellent read and framework on how to recast conversations with customers. It is especially helpful when looking at consulting services and how to position a framework in the context of a customers key challenges.

Building a Business

Good to GreatOne of the first books I picked up when starting my own company. Getting anything new moving is extremely difficult. This book framed up several key concepts to help me focus our efforts. Namely, building the right team and getting to our hedgehog concept.

Technology Leadership

The Algorithmic LeaderMike Walsh is an excellent speaker and narrates this book. He goes into a deeper dive on how data and AI will change the ways that we make decisions. He gives concrete examples of the ways in which data and automated decision making will change how leaders have to think and respond.

This book gave me a much deeper appreciation for how information and AI/ML can be leveraged going forward.
